FIRST STEPS

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Register to create a SCHOLARSHIPS.AT ID.
  2. Activate your account via the activation email.
  3. Click "Online Applications" on the top right of the website.
  4. Choose a scholarship and click the green button beside the scholarship.
  5. Fill in the application.
  6. If your application is filled in completey (= all sections are green), click the submit button.

Deadlines

The deadline is always the closing date at 11:59 pm servertime.

Questions about a grant/scholarship

For general questions about a grant/scholarship please contact the Austrian agency for international mobility and cooperation in education, science and research (http://www.oead.at) or visit the "GRANTS DATABASE WEBSITE".

For questions about a specific grant/scholarship please contact the responsible person for this scholarship. You can find this information at the "Information Tab" in your application

SCHOLARSHIPS.AT ID

The SCHOLARSHIPS.AT ID is your identity/username for all SCHOLARSHIP.AT websites and for the CEEPUS Website WWW.CEEPUS.INFO. You can choose your SCHOLARSHIP.AT ID by yourself. Normaly use your firstname a dot and your lastname e.g. john.doe

Forgot SCHOLARSHIPS.AT ID

If you forgot you username please click this link to request your username. You can also request your username by clicking the link below “Forgot your username?” on the login page.

Forgot my password

If you forgot your password please click this link to request a new one. You can also request a new password by clicking the link “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

I did not receive the activation email yet!

Please check the SPAM and JUNK folder of your email account and be sure, that your email account is not crowded. You can find a desciption for gmail here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858?hl=en

If you cannot find the email, please click here to request the activation email again.

CHANGE LANGUAGE

If you are facing problems with the language on the website, please change your language on the upper right side of the website directly beside the server time information.
